By offering such scholarships it aims not only
to improve the standard of treatment of people with skin diseases in the
young doctors’ countries of origin but also to promote intercultural contacts
by including doctors from abroad in the socio-cultural programm of
DERMATOLOGIKUM HAMBURG. It is hoped that the resulting exchange
of opinion between the scholarship holders and the staff of DERMATOLOGIKUM
HAMBURG will make an active contribution to greater
international understanding.
